These 30-minute zoom brief therapy sessions are based on the Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) protocol. It aims to provide affordable, accessible and actionable therapy sessions to the community.

Forest Therapy Walks
Forest Therapy is excellent for general well-being and also as a modality of treatment of mental illness. Walks based on the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) guidelines are available on request.
